At the first working day of Minister Hoang Tuan Anh – Chief of the Draft Committee and Members of the Draft Committee, Edition Division…, the implementation plan of the Law Project amending and supplementing several Articles of the Intellectual Property Law was approved. At his speech, Minister Hoang Tuan Anh emphasized: “The content under the Articles researched, amended and supplemented the Intellectual Property Law should be identified clearly amendment and supplement parts and approaches.

The implementation plan of the Law Project amending and supplementing several Articles of the Intellectual Property Law need revising. From that, strong points can be learnt and difficulties must be overcome gradually to withdraw valuable experience, contributing to carrying out the Project successfully.
