Mentioning “The relation between museums and Tourism”, Head of the Heritage Department, Mr. Dang Van Bai, said that “To attract more tourists to the museums, first of all, it is necessary that museums renovate the content and the appearance of the displays, which helps to interest the visitors. The museum instructors also function as the guide, they play a key role in the job beside the displays must be concrete and true to life. To make it possible, the museum instructors must obtain the presentation skills to tell the events. In addition, all the museums must tightly coordinate with all the tourism companies to make a closely working circle.

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, specialist from the Travel Department, VNAT, showed his opinion that “The training class for museum instructors will help to improve the quality and effectiveness of the instruction job, also reflect the connection between tourism and culture. After this training course, the Travel Department will submit a report to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize some following training courses for the museum instructors nationwide”.

To be able to perform the instruction service attractively, each instructor needs to acquire an understanding about the information and background of the objects displayed so that they can deliver exciting instructions. It is a must to connect the stories behind each object with the daily life message and a comparison of the objects can help to convey the intentional message.
