MCST held the conference popularizing the scheming of officials

(Cinet) – in the morning of 26/11, at the headquarters of MCST, the party civil affairs committee of Culture, Sports and Tourism already held a conference popularizing the scheming of officials. The standing Deputy Minister Nguyễn Danh Thái hosted the conference.

Attending the conference were leaders, managing officials of agencies belonging to the Ministry and agencies of the General Department, Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the North.

At the conference, the Department Director of organization of officials Nguyễn Phúc Thảnh already reported the instructions of the scheming of planning of head officials and managers of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the period  2008 - 2010, and the term  2011 - 2016 (No 63/HD-BCSD). Accordingly, the instructions No  63/HD-BCSD includes 4 parts: uniting the awareness of planning of officials, the content, and the procedure of scheming of officials, controlling and implementing the scheming and the carried out organization.  

Also at the conference, members of the conference had a chance to hear the Deputy Department of Organization of officials  Bùi Văn Đồng report the procedure of appointing officials, mobilization, training, removing from officials, appointing and reappointing, dismissing, resigning officials, heads (No 4020/HD-BVHTTDL dated 25/11/2008).

It is said that before integrating into the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, industries of Culture, Sports and Tourism also had instructions of scheming head officials. According to No 63/HD-BCSD dated on  25/11/2008 of the party civil affairs committee of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Withing the same afternoon, the Deputy Minister Trần Chiến Thắng will host the conference popularizing the scheming of officials with the participation would be leaders, management officials of agencies of Culture, Sports and Tourism in the South.
