CST Industry under the Southwest group signs a 2008-year competition agreement

(Cinet)- Leaders from 12 Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism under the Southwest group signs a 2008-year competition agreement.

This signature is to make positive progress in patriotic competition movement and commending-and-rewarding competition work, contributing to conducting the Industry’s set targets in 2008 successfully; encourage officials, civil servants and laborers in the whole industry to enthusiastically work, create and complete their assigned tasks well…

To achieve these above-mentioned requirements, provinces agreed to carry out six major contents such as:

-          Completing all the targets and task properly assigned by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and People Committees of Provinces to Culture, Sports and Tourism Industry in 2008, contributing to making strong breakthroughs in every aspect with the best quality and efficiency;

-          Promoting the national competition movements, and good & creative laborers; often sharing information and holding exchanging meetings to introduce new factors, typical characters in the whole group; and improving the implementation quality of launching campaign “Study and follow the moral example of Ho Chi Minh”

-          Developing the Party, Trade Union and Ho Chi Minh Communist Young Union clearly and strongly; carrying out democratic regulations at basic areas; obeying labor principles seriously; enhancing spiritual and physical life for officials, civil servants and laborers;

-          Continuously implementing administrative reform, assigning specific tasks, promoting the efficiency of state apparatus, facilitating agencies and units in such a safe, civilized, polite way; having a good cultural life; strongly combating corruption and waste as well as practicing savings

-          Going on to promoting and enhancing the social quality by many diversified and plentiful ways to mobilize the maximum creativity and human resources of the whole society for the cause of culture, sports and tourism

-          Implementing Commending and rewarding Law and guidance documents.

The competition movement under the group carries out two successive steps annually. The mid year has a preliminary session and the ending year has a commending and rewarding summary. Enclosed with these contents is the competition agreement and Regulation on “Holding many commending and rewarding activities for the Culture, Sports and Tourism Industries of Provinces under the Southwest in 2008”
