(Cinet)- On 15/8, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a The shift handover meeting of the industry in August. Standing Deputy Minister Mr. Nguyen Danh Thai was the chairman of the meeting.
Members of the meeting were representatives of the units: ministerial offices, ministerial inspectors, department of rewarding emulation, the general department of physical training and sports and the refresher schools for the management officers of culture, sports and tourism.
At the meeting, after hearing the reports from leaders of units about the activities as well as the difficulties of each unit recently, deputy minister Mr. Nguyen Danh Thai had some guidelines as follows:
Appointing the general department of to Physical training and sports to continue to carry out tasks of cadre organization, implement projects; concentrate on Youth union of Vietnam to attend Olympic and Paralympic Beijing 2008; it is necessary to show clearly the system of cadre organization of the general department to submit the leadership of the ministry to consider and resolve; there should be a report on building one floor houses for athletes at Hanoi national physical training and sports center…
As for the refresher school for management cadres of the industry of culture, sports and tourism, the following duties should be carried out: Continue implementing refresher courses on improving knowledge about economic management for leaders of units, departments belonging to the ministry, teaching knowledge, consolidating the organization...
The deputy minister approved of opening 02 refresher courses on administrative skill and rewarding emulation, training the working of inspection according to the proposals of the ministerial office, department of rewarding emulation and ministerial inspectors.
The deputy minister also confirmed: in the forth-coming time, the ministry will carry out the general survey to soon appoint the implementation to help agencies, units belonging to the ministry to have enough conditions to ensure the working places.
