(Cinet) – On 13.10 recently, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a ministerial handover workshop, and reported the weekly done work and the tasks to carry out plans for the next week. At the meeting, the Minister Hoàng Tuấn Anh had some guidelines:
Appointing the Deputy Minister Huỳnh Vĩnh Ái: instructing the Department of Legislation and Inspector of the Ministry to check, and clearify the responsibilities of the whole branch and individuals related to publishing children picture books having sexual contents of the publishing house of Culture-Information, reporting the leadership of the Ministry to consider and decide.
Appoingting the Department of Planning and Finance: Drafting the Decison of the Prime Minister of the Government on approval of cultural development targets up to 2015, and making orientations up to 2020; cooperating with the Ministerial office to finish the submitted procedures to consider and decide.
Appointing the General Department of Tourism: hosting, cooperating with relevant agencies to work with the Ministry of Finance to unify the support level for the provinces of the Highlands to hold tourist events attached to traditional festivals in the region; making periodical weekly reports to the Minister about the schedules of carrying out the tasks to prepare to hold the tourism forum ASEAN 2009; Holding the airway tourism conference in the 4th quarter 2009.
Appointing the Ministerial inspector: working with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hanoi to request to inspect, clarify the responsibilities of the whole brach and relevant individuals related to the anti-deducted dancing performance at the ceremony of 20 years of establishing FPT company, proposing deserving handling measures; Submitting written documents to the Ministry of Information and Telecomunication to propose to consider and have punishment form towards reporters and cultural and sports newspaper having given wrong information about the weightlifter Hoàng Anh Tuấn. Appointing the Department of Library to host and cooperate with the Ministry of Education and Training to build up joint circular on the management of library system in the school system.
Appointing the Ministerial office: Building plans to hold the year-end summation conference of 2008 and develop the tasks of 2009, reporting to the Ministerial Leadership to consider, decide;collecting and clasifying the working plans in 2009 of General Departments, Departments, inspection Boards, Ministerial office to build up the working plan in 2009, submitting the Minister to consider and promulgate before 31/12/2008; building up election criterio for outstanding events and thorny problems in 2008, reporting to the Ministerial leadership; Hosting and cooperating with relevant agencies to build up cooperation programs with the television station of Vietnam, Radio the voice of Vietnam and People’s newspaper, reporting to the Ministerial Leadership to consider and unify with the above agencies to organize in the forthcoming time.
Appointing the foreign cooperation Department: Collecting and clasifying, editing, and publishing a book of decrees, agreements between Vietnam and other countries in culture, physical training and sports, tourism, and family; annually, reporting to the Ministerial leadership the schedules of carrying out decrees, bilateral and multilateral agreements between Vietnam and other countries in culture, physical training and sports, tourism and family; reporting to the Ministerial leadership the plans of holding foreign cultural activities in the period 2009-2010; Making plans of building up cultural centers of Vietnam in foreign countries; quickly finishing and submitting the Minister to promulgate the Management regulations of incoming and outcoming deligations of the Ministry.
Besides, the Minister also instructed and appointed the Performing Arts Department to consider, and decide to nominate candidats having enough conditions to represent Vietnam to attend the world beauty contest in 2008.
