MCST: Promulgating the regulations on the implementation of democracy in the operation

(Cinet)- Recently, the Minister Hoàng Tuấn Anh signed the Decision No 80/2008/QĐ-BVHTTDL, promulgating the regulations on implementing democracy in the operation of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism .

 

Promulgating with this Decision is the regulation of implementing democracy in the operation of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Accordingly, the general Departments, the Management Boards of the cultural and tourist villages of ethnic groups of Vietnam, Departments, and bodies belong to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism based on this regulation and other regulations of laws related to specifying the implementation of democracy in the operation of agencies and bodies. This Decision will come in to effect after 15 days since the issuant date.
