The first Hungarian Culinary Week, scheduled for October 29 -November 4 in Hanoi, will help Vietnamese people learn more about Hungarian culinary arts, the country and its people.
Benedek Fulop, State Secretary to the Hungarian Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development said at the opening ceremony that the Hungarian Culinary Week will help Vietnamese and international friends enjoy Hungarian food and drinks such as gulyas soup, goose liver and famous wines Tokof aszu and Unicum.
Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Bui Ba Bong expressed his belief that the week will bring Vietnamese people interesting discoveries about Hungarian culinary arts.
