Increasing donation for publishing books and cultural products served ethnic groups

(Cinet) - This objective is set in Development Plan on publishing- Printing- Releasing books to 2010, approved by the Ministry of Culture and Information.

According to the Plan, the Government continue implementing comprehensive measures on education, culture and economic development, aiming at increasing awareness of ethic groups to make them readable and enjoyable culture, gradually eliminating the gap among regions, areas in the whole country, increasing donation for publishing books and cultural products served ethnic groups by their own languages or bilingual with abundant images, brief content that is suitable to their life and manufacturing habits of each regions, donating the annual cost of transport, applying the donation policy to a large amount of people to encourage economic sectors in help ethnic and remote groups access to books and cultural products, investing money on establishing and upgrading infrastructure, devices of printing factories in remote and ethnic group areas, considering the granting license for published factories in remote, difficult areas, making favourable policy for staffs working in remote and difficult areas.
