(Cinet)- To prepare for the 2009 Asean Tourist Forum held in Hanoi, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has decided to establish subcommittees to support the Organizing Board of the 2009 Asean Tourist Forum.
Pursuant to Decision No 08, these subcommittees are established, including:
- Reception
- Security
- Logistics
- Transport
- Sponsor Launch
- Travex
- Propaganda and Promotion
The Decision also points out these subcommittees’ major tasks to support the Organizing Board of the 2009 Asean Tourist Forum:
Content Subcommittee: Developing programs and contents of the session in the ATF framework; coordinating in making plans for the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2009 ATF
Reception Subcommittee: Working with airports to assist in welcoming Delegations at the airport…
Security Subcommittee: Suggesting regulatory authorities taking positive measures to ensure security and safety for Delegations and activities of the 2009 ATF
Logistics Subcommittee: Surveying and reaching an agreement for organizing parties at restaurants in outside or inside hotels…
Transport Subcommittee: Making plans for greeting and taking delegations at airports; preparing traveling schedules for delegations; working with Department of civil engineering Transport, Department of Transport Police on dividing transport routes properly
Sponsor Launching Subcommittee: Making plans for launching sponsor, developing policy regimes for sponsors
Travex Subcommittee: Completing the content of literatures to introduce the 2009 ATF; preparing invitation letters for joining great events and parties; developing literatures to promote Vietnam tourism at the 2009 ATF
Propaganda and Promotion Subcommittee: Facilitating plans for propaganda and promotion before and after the 2009 ATF; chairing the website of the 2009 ATF; coordinating in assisting delegates in registering their participation via Internet….
