(Cinet)- This morning, April 16th, at the headquarter of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a meeting on evaluating and summarizing the 2007 rewarding competitive work of Ministries of Science – Culture – Society.
Attending the meeting includes: Phan Thanh Binh – Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University; Nguyen Danh Thai – Standing Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; representatives from the Central Departments and Ministries; and Staffs under the Ministries of Science – Culture – Society.
Delivering his speech at the meeting, Deputy Minister Nguyen Danh Thai affirmed: In 2007, the Ministries’ rewarding competitive work was carried out orderly; competitive movements were conducted seriously, efficiently and practically; various contents and forms were renovated. Competitive activities of Departments and Ministries of Science – Culture – Society were changed positively. Departments in the Ministries implemented their assigned political task well and completed socio-economic development standards, contributing successfully to the cause of building and developing the country…
The meeting also proposed orientations and tasks of the 2008 rewarding competitive work. To make remarkable progress in the 2008 rewarding competitive work, Departments under the Ministries should keep renovating, and developing patriotic movements; consolidated and completed organizations joining the rewarding and competition work…
