The conference already summarized achievements in the operation of the party committee at the grassroots level of the ministry of culture, sports and tourism in Hochiminh city in the first sixth months of the year as follows: Synchronizing the mechanism, quickly stabilizing and operating effectively; Instructing agencies to build functions, tasks, operating regulations and implementing successfully the tasks appointed by the ministry. Representative offices of the ministry such as: press-bureau, publishing department, movie department, copyright department and performing arts department… the blocs of enterprises and production in Hochiminh city already overcome difficulties to maintain the operation effectively.
