The Deputy Minister of MCST Trần Chiến Thắng had a meeting with the propaganda subcommittee of Asian Indoor Games 3

(Cinet)- Recently, in Hanoi, the Deputy Minister of MCST Trần Chiến Thắng had a meeting with the propaganda subcommittee and the Radio voice of Vietnam – the television of Asian Indoor Games 3.

At the meeting, the representatives of the Radio the voice of Vietnam already had preliminary reports about the works done recently. Accordingly, the Television Station of Vietnam is now carrying out two projects about building the international television center and the main press centers. However, for the project to carry out quickly, to ensure the schedule, the television station of Vietnam also requested the subcommittee to provide some detailed contents such as: the number of international television station who will participate in this event, the building of local infrastructures, the television quality, places to locate the international television center and the press station….... 

As for the place to hold the international television station and the press station, Mr. Hoàng Dự - the editorial director of the sports newspaper of Vietnam, the deputy in chief of propaganda subcommittee said that: as schedule these two centers and the operation center will be located at A2 building(Viko) Giang Vo exhibition. The selection of this location has many advantages on transportation, organization time, operation works, security as well as reducing costs in other organizations.  

The construction of local infrastructures for these 3 centers can hire a general design company to create the agreement and avoid the overlapping matter between units. In the forthcoming time, as schedule on  20/3/2009, the propaganda subcommittee will hold the international telecommunication customers’ conference between the international television station to achieve specific numbers of television stations to participate in this event.

Initially, the Television station of Vietnam should soon set up the detailed calculation about two projects of the international television station and the press centers to submit the propaganda subcommittee, the organization board for approval.
