Decision relates to building a scheme of charges for the performing arts

MNISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to the Law on Fees and Charges on November 25, 2015;
Pursuant to Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Directive No. 14/CT-TTg on May 10,2016 by Prime Minister
on implementing the Law on Fees and Charges;
At the request of Director of Performing Arts Department .
DECISION:
Article 1. MOCST has allowed Performing Arts Department chair and coordinate with the Department of Planning, Finance and relative agencies to build a scheme of charges for the performing arts.
