Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 on amending and supplementing the Regulation on foreign activities of  the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; 
Pursuant to Decision No. 1497 / QD-BVHTTDL on April 25, 2016 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on dispatching officers abroad; At the proposal of Director of International Cooperation Department, Director of Department of Planning, Finance and Headmaster of University of Arts in Ho Chi Minh City,

Article 1. Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has allowed University of Arts in Ho Chi Minh City to welcome staff delegation of the National Academy of Fine Arts of Laos to visit and work in Vietnam.
