Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 on amending and supplementing the Regulation on foreign activities of  the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Pursuant to Decision No. 1497/QD-BVHTTDL on April 25, 2016 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on dispatching officers abroad;
At the proposal of Director of International Cooperation Department, Director of Department of Planning, Finance and Director of the Vietnam Cultural Centre in France.

Article 1. MOCST has allowed delegation of the Viet Bac Traditional Music, Song and Dance Theatre to  attend World Culture Festival in Voiron, Auvergne Rhone Alpes region, France (according to Decision No. 1497/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated April 25, 2016) and participate in Performing Arts in Portugal to celebrate 500 years of diplomatic relations Vietnam-Portugal.
Time: - The event will take place in France from June 30, 2016 to July 11, 2016
          - The event will take place in Portugal from July 12-17, 2016.
