Pursuant to the Law on Advertising dated June 21, 2012;
Pursuant  to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decree No. 181/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of some articles of the Law on advertising;
Pursuant to Circular No. 10/2013/TT-BVHTTDL dated December 6, 2013 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on detailing and guiding implementation of several articles of Law on Advertising and Government’s Decree No. 181/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013, detailing implementation of several articles of Law on Advertising.
Pursuant to Decision No. 4587/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 28, 2015 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Work Plan in 2016;
At the request of Director of the Department of Basic Culture,
                                                                    DECISION:
Article 1. Assigning the Department of  Basic Culture  to train on management and implementation of  law on advertising in the Third Quarter of 2016.
