Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to  Decision No. 285/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated January 17, 2013 of Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
At the request of Director of Department of  Performing Arts.

Article 1. Assigning Department of Performing Arts chair and coordinate with the Department of International Cooperation, Quang Tri Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and relative units to organize “Art Festival in 05 countries Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and Thailand - 2016".
