Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 on amending and supplementing the Regulation on foreign activities of  the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; 

  DECISION:

Article 1. Assigned to the Library Department to welcome the delegation of 05 officials of Publishing and Library Department - Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism of Laos to visit and work with the Library Department –Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Viet Nam to exchange experience in management, construction, development and maintenance of public libraries, visit and work with some typical public library in Vietnam.
Time: From August 07-13,2016.
