Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 on amending and supplementing the Regulation on foreign activities of  the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; 

Article 1. Allowing  Vietnam University of Fine Arts to welcome students of University of the Arts Bremen (03 people) to study in Viet Nam.
Time: From September 01, 2016 to January 15,2017.
Place: Viet Nam University of Fine Arts.
