Pursuant to the Cultural Heritage Law No. 28/2001 / QH10 of June 29, 2001 and the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on Cultural Heritage No.32 / 2009 / QH12 of June 18, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2010 / ND-CP of September 21, 2010 of the Government detailing the implementation of some articles of the Law on Cultural Heritage and the Law amending and supplementing some articles of the Law on cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

 DECISION:

Article 1. Publishing the list of national intangible cultural heritage:
Tien La festival in Hung Ha district, Thai Binh province.
