Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2012 / ND-CP dated  October 5, 2012 of the Government providing for the Performing Arts, a fashion show; beauty contests and modeling; circulation;
Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 on amending and supplementing the Regulation on foreign activities of  the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; 

Article 1. Assigned to the Department of International Cooperation in collaboration with the Department of Performing Arts to welcome and organize performing arts for troupe of Colombian Music Academy of the Pacific Chango (11 people) in Ha Noi on May 4, 2016  at the Workers Theatre (No. 42 Trang Tien, Ha Noi).
