Article 1. Amending Article 2, Decision No. 1399/QD-BVHTTDL dated April 13, 2016 of Minster of Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism about welcoming foreign experts’ delegation in training of restoring paper picture, with specific information below:
About the cost:
- Hanoi Goethe Institution is responsible for returned airplane tickets cost, visa cost, hotel cost and working allowance for experts.
- Vietnam Art Museum is responsible for reception work, interpreting work, local transportation, practical survey, communication, media, marketing and other related cost which involving in the organizing training course in the museum, extracted from the seldom budget of Vietnam Art Museum.
