Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to  Official Dispatch No.1474/VPCP-QHQT on March 08, 2016 of the Govermental Office informing opinions fo vice-PM Vu Duc Dam relates to allow Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Kien Giang provincial People’s Committee to invite Ministers of some ASEAN countries and Russia, Japan and South Korea to participate into National Tourism Year 2016, ect.
 

Article 1. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to entrust International Cooperation Department:
- Associating with Kien Giang Provincial People’s Committee, Kien Giang provincial Department of Foreign affairs, Kien Giang provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to pick up Ministers of tourism in some countries into Vietnam at the National Tourism Year 2016 in Phu Quoc, Kien Giang province
- Organizing dialogue to discuss about tourism cooperation on a visit of some ministers in some coutnries.
