The plan aims to build, synthesize documents of traditional culture of 53 Vietnam’s ethnic minority groups on the basis of the review, statistical of cultural situation of them.
Beside, the plan also aims astimate factors affecting the preservation and promotion of traditional cultural values, advantages, disadvantages, forecasting and orientation for devolopment of culture of ethnic minorities in the future.
