Decree No. 79/2012/ND-CP dated October 05, 2012 of the Government on art performances, fashion shows, model contests and beauty contests; the circulation and trade of audio and video recordings of art performances;
Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
At the proposal of March 7, 2016 of  Binh Hanh Dan Company Limited;
  Article 1. Allowed Binh Hanh Dan Company Limited coordinate with the Vietnam Television to invite Mr. Gaurav Sharma (Indian Passport No. Z3398753, dated September 22, 2015) to perform in  program “Search for talent Vietnam 2016 ”
