MINISTER OF MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage No. 28/2001/QH10 dated June 29, 2001 and the Law No. 32/2009/QH12 dated June 18, 20090 ;
Pursuant to Regulation No.98/2010/NĐ-CP on September 21, 2010 about some articles of Law on Cultural Heritage and Law on supplementing and adjusting some articles of Cultural Heritage Law; Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013 / ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
DECISION
Article 1. Announcing the list of 7 national intangible cultural heritages comprises as follows:
1. Xuan Lai Bamboo Craft Village, Gia Binh district, Bac Ninh province
2. Nghinh Ong Festival, Binh Thang commune, Binh Dai district, Be Tre province
3. Cau Ngu Festival, Da Nang city
4.Le Chan Festival, Le Chan district, Hai Phong city
5. Festival of National Hero Truong Dinh, Go Cong commune, Gia Thuan, Go Cong Dong district, Tien Giang
6. Ancient books of Thai Ethnic People, Son La province
7. Cai Rang Floating Market, Cai Trang district, Can Tho city
