Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013 / ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 4709/QD-BVHTTDL on December 31, 2015 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Article 1. Promulgating "Organizing a training course of administrative reform 2016" plan.
The training course comprises as follows: tasks of the master program of administrative reform in 2016-2020 periods; approach and opinion of the Party about the administrative reform of the State and implement of the Government; a result of activities about administrative reform of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Toursim in 2011-2015 periods; establishing the Plan to follow and analyze activities and building report of administrative reform; some measures to increase more quality of propaganda in administrative reform.
