Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 on amending and supplementing the Regulation on foreign activities of  the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; 
At the proposal of directors of  the Department of International Cooperation,  department of Cultural Heritage and  the National Museum of History.

Article 1. Allowed National History Museum of Vietnam to welcome the delegation of National Research Institute of  Maritime Cultural Heritage of Korean  (02 people) to survey Preliminary scenery  in areas of underwater archaeological excavation,Time: from March 07 to 13, 2016 .
