Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Decree No. 79/2012/ND-CP dated October 05, 2012 of the Government on art performances, fashion shows, model contests and beauty contests; the circulation and trade of audio and video recordings of art performances;
Pursuant to Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 on amending and supplementing the Regulation on foreign activities of  the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; 

Article 1. Allowed  Management Board of Hanoi Opera House in collaboration with the British Council to welcome the delegation consisting of 01 dancers (from the UK) and 03 sound technicians, lighting (from  Spain, United States, Netherlands) into Vietnam to organizing contemporary dance program "Whisper"
