Pursuant to Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decree No. 26/NQ-CP on April 14, 2015 of the Government;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36a/NQ-CP on October 14, 2015 of the Government on electron;
Pursuant to Dicision No. 1819/QĐ-TTg on October 26, 2015 of Prime Minister on Application and development of information technology in the field of performing arts;
Pursuant to Plan No. 4659/KH-BVHTTDL on November 09, 2015 of Prime Minister;
DECISION:
Article 1. Assigned Performing Arts Department chair and coordinate with the Department of Legal Affairs, Department of Planning, Finance, Science, Technology and Environment, Center for Information Technology and the relating agencies to build “Application and development of information technology in the field of performing arts” Project.
