Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 03 / QD-BVHTTDL on January  04,  2016 of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism ;
 

Article 1. MOCST assigned Department of Performing Arts, in collaboration with the Department of International Cooperation, Association of Dramatic Artists Vietnam, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thua Thien Hue Province, Vietnam Circus Federation and affiliated units to organize  "the international Circus Festival - 2016"
Time: on late May 2016.
Place: Hue city, Thua Thien Hue province.
