Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 on amending and supplementing the Regulation on foreign activities of  the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; 

Article 1. MOCST Allowed  Vietnam Cultural Centre in France in collaboration with the French Association of Vietnam to organize programs of Binh Than New Year for Vietnam community in France .
Time: From 10:30 am on February 13, 2016 to 2:30 pm on February 12, 2016.
Place:  Pavillon Baltard, 12 Avenue Victor Hugo, 94130, Paris.
