Article 1. MOCST allowed Cat Tien Sa  Co., Ltd. Advertising - Advisory - Performance Organization to invite Mr. Masaki Takeda and and Mrs. Mapnr Cepreebha Mariia into Vietnam to participate in the performing arts program entilted "Hoa am anh sang  2016".
