To propagandize some activiites on the 12th National Party Congress in good results, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposed that People’s Committee in some provinces and cities implement some following works:
1. Directing to propagandize the Party Congress, organize some propaganda activities of culture, arts and sports to welcome before, during and after the Congress.
2. Directing to hang up the flag at the Party’s agency, the government and the public. Time to implement: on January 20-28, 2016.
