Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Plan No.727/KH-BVHTTDL on March 05, 2015 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about building Project of Performing Arts Law; head of Performing Arts Department.

Article 1. Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism entrusts Performing Arts Department to host and associate with Department of Justice; Ministerial Inspector; Department of Planning and Finance; Cadre Organization Department and relevant agencies to build “Outline of Project on Arts Performing Law.
