To: The Central Propaganda Committee; Vietnam Fatherland Front; some ministries; some socio-politic organizations

Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism proposed to implement some contents as follows:
The Central Propaganda Committee directs  some media agencies to keep and develop some traditional values to keep cultural life at the festival. Vietnam Fatherland Front directs to participate and associate with sector of culture, sports and tourism to manage and orgnaize the festival; propagandize and lauch campaign to implement cultural life when participating into the festival.
Ministry of Security, Ministry of Transport directs some functional agencies to ensure security, safety of society and traffice security at the festival according to Electric Work 2313/CĐ-TTg on December 17, 2015 of the Prime Minsiter to ensure traffic security and safety on New Year and Lunar New Year and Spring Festival 2016.
