Pursuant to Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
DECISION:
Article 1. Approving for literature scenario of arts program to welcome the 12th Party Congress.
Time: At 08:00 P.M on January 28, 2016
Place: At My Dinh National Stadium.
