Pursuant to Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve for literature scenario of art program “Sang mai niem tin” to welcome the 12th Party Congress.
Time: On January 19
Place: At the August Revolution Square in front of the Hanoi Opera House.
