Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 230/QĐ-BVHTTDL on January 18, 2016.

DECISION:

Article 1.  MOCST entrusts Performing Arts Department to host and associate with International Cooperation Department, Vietnam Artists Association, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Thuan Thien Hue province, Vietnam Circus Federation and other agencies to organize the International Circus Federation 2016 in late May in 2016 in Hue city; requirement of head of Performing Arts Department. Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to establish the Direction Board "International Circus Federation 2016 in Hue city, Thua Thien Hue province as follows:
1.Vuong Duy Bien - Deputy Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as head of the Board
2. Nguyen Dang Chuong, head of Performing Arts Department as vice-head of the Board;
