Pursuant to  Regulation No.76/2013/NĐ-CP on July 16, 2013 of the Government regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to  Decision No.4148/QĐ-BVHTTDL on November 27, 2013 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism regulating function, task, power and organizing mechanism of Performing Arts Department and requirement of Arts Performing Department.

Article 1. MOCST entrust Arts Performing Department to host and direct Vietnam Theatre of Song, Music and Dancing and the troupes to build art program to welcome the Party, the Spring and serve people in Da Nang city and Quang Nam province on Lunar New Year 2016.
The special arts programme entitled 'The Party, the Spring' was held at the Au Co Art Centre in Hanoi on the evening of January 23 to celebrate the 12th National Party Congress, the 86th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) (February 3, 1930-2016) and the upcoming Tet Festival.
