The program aims to welcome success of the 12th Party Congress and International Day of Happiness on March 20, 2016 and contributes to increase more awareness of people about the Itnernational Day of Happiness to build a happy family and community.
As estimated, the program will take place at 8:00pm on March 19, 2016 at the outdoor stage of Vietnam Exhibition Center of Culture and Arts ( Add: No.2, Hoa Lu, Van Ho, Hai Ba Trung district, Ha Noi).
