Accordingly, in Plan No.01-KL/TBTCPV on Many 19, 2014 about serving the 12^th Party Congress;
Official Dispatch No.01-KL/TBTCPV on December 22, 2015 of Office of the Central Committee of the Party about organizing a party to welcome the 12^th congress of the Party;
Decision No. 56/QĐ-BVHTTDL on January 08, 2016 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to establish the Organization Board about art program to welcome the Party Congress;
Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism builds Plan to organize the art program to welcome the 12^th Party Congress.
I. PURPOSE
The program affirmes a belief of people and the Party; encourage love of the country, pride of the nation and encourage the Party, people to implement some targets of socio-economic development in Resolution of the Party Congress; create more atmostpheres for people, soldiers and Vietnamese overseas to build and protect the country.
II. CONTENTS OF ACTIVITIES
The art program to welcome the Party Congress will take place at 08:00P.M on January 19, 2016 at August square, Hanoi city and be broadcasted live on Vietnam Television with a participation of some represenatives from the ministries and Hanoi city.
