Article 1. Establishing  the Direction Board and the Organization Board “Contest and Exhibition of the globe’s largest public display of Southeast Asian art”.
The Direction Board comprises:
1. Vuong Duy Bien, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as head of the Board;
2.Vi Kien Thanh, head of Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition as vice-head of the Board
