Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 3050/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated September 14, 2015 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Decision No. 4284/QĐ-BVHTTDL dated December 11, 2015 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Article 1. Establishing the Direction Board, the Organization Board to organize Vietnam art photo exhibition in 2016 comprises:
The Direction Board comprises:
1. Vuong Duy Bien as Deputy Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as head of the Board;
2. Mai Van Huynh, vice-president of Kien Giang provincial People’s Committee as vice-head of the Board;
3. Vu Quoc Khanh, a chairman of Vietnam Photography Artists Association as member;
4. Vi Kien Thanh, head of Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition as member.
The Organization Board comprises:
1. Vi Kien Thanh, head of Department of Fine Arts, Photography and Exhibition as head of the Board;
2. Tran Chi Dung, manager of Kien Giang Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism as vice-head of the Board;
3. Bui Hoa Tien, vice-president of Vietnam Photography Artists Association as vice-head of the Board;
4. Le Hong Phong, vice-head of Department of Planning and Finance of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as member;
