Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pusuant to Decision No.285/QĐ-BVHTTDL on January 17, 2013 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the professional art contest and festival in 2013-2016 periods;
DECISION:
Article 1.  Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism directs Arts Performing Department to build Project on organizing the International Circus Festival 2016.
International Circus Festival 2016 will open on May 28, 2016 in Hue city, Thua Thien Hue province.
