MINISTER OF MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 23-NQ/TW on June 16, 2008 of the Politburo about continuing to build and develop literature and arts;
Pursuant to Decision No.844/QĐ-TTg on Junar 01, 2011 of the Prime Minsiter for approving Project to encourage some works of literature and arts in high value;
Decision No.4587/QĐ-BVHTTDL on December 28, 2915 of Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about promugklating Plan 2016.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism entrusts Ethnic Cultural Department to associate with some sectors and locals to organize the workshop on exchanging and praising some typical artists of the ethnic groups and workshop to give some measures about collecting and maintaining some cultural heritages, literature and arts in the ethnic groups 2016.
Time: on February, 2016.
Place: in Hanoi.
