Pursuant to Decree No. 76/2013/ND-CP dated July 16, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Regulation of external activities of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issuing under Decision No. Decision No. 83/2008 /QD-BVHTTDL on October 27, 2008 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Decision No. 1973 /QD-BVHTTDL on May 24, 2013 by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to Official Document No.4518/VPCP-QHQT  on June 17, 2015 of the Governmental International Department and head of Art Performing Department.

Article 1. Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism entrusts International Cooperation Department and Art Performing Department and Vietnam Song and Dancing Theatre to organize art program to welcome formation of the ASEAN community.
