The Edition Board consists of 16 members. Nguyen Ngoc Thien- Deputy Minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as head of the Board; Tu Manh Luong – head of Department of Science, Technology and Environment as vice-head of the Board. Tu Thi Loan – vice-head of National Institute of Culture and Arts as vice-head of the Board. Bui Nguyen Hung as head of Writers’ Copyright Department as vice-head of the Board,etc.
The Edition Board directs to build the strategy and mobilizes some members of some ministries and agencies in Decision No.2606/QĐ- BVHTTDL on August 18,2014 of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in order to ensure quality, progress, schedule and procedure as current regulation.
The Secrectariat consists of 06 members. Vo Quoc Doan as vice-head of Department of Science, Technology and Environment as head of the Board; Bui Hoai Son – vice-head of National Institute of Culture and Arts as vice-head of the Board,etc.
The Secrectariat helps the Edition Board collect and implement some relevant works to build the strategy according to direction of the Edition Board.
