Accordingly, the Organization Board is led by Lam Van Khang, vice-head of the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism as head of the Board; Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, Vietnam Fatherland Front and Nguyen Dinh Loi, Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism as vice-head of the Board.
The Organization Board is responsible for organizing the Week according to Plan; head of the Organization Board is responsible for organizing and managing some activities of the Organization Board as well as establishing sub-groups to implement some tasks for members of the Board. The Board is used a seal of the Management Board of the Village to implement some works.
Expense is extracted from the Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism as regulated. The Organization Board will self-remove after fulfilling the task.
